Submission of contributions > Instructions

The Organizing Committee invites researchers, students, producers, GI organizations, public authorities, policymakers, international development organizations and other experts and professionals to share their most recent research or practical experience in relation to one of the four main themes of the conference. 


 If you are interested in submitting a contribution to share (1) a scientific research and/or (2) a practical experience, please note the following: 

    • All contributors are invited to submit an abstract of 500 words maximum.
    • All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee. 
    • If selected, only contributors of scientific abstracts will be invited to submit a short paper of max. 2 pages (template provided).
    • Contributions can be submitted in French, English or Spanish.

The call for contributions is extended to October 1st, 2021, on the website at the page  Submission of contributionsavailable after creating an account on the plateform  SciencesConf.

Authors who have already submitted a proposal will be able modify it at their convenience.

Successful proposals will be notified of their selection at the end of January 2022.

Authors of scientific communications will be invited to submit a short article of 2 pages by May 1st , 2022.

All contributions will be published in the Proceedings of the conference.

Authors of the most relevant contributions will be invited to write a full article for publication in a collective book. 


    • The thematic sessions will be held in rooms equipped with simultaneous translation in the three conference languages.
    • Contributions from practitioners can be presented orally with or without support (PowerPoint, film, photos, soundtrack, etc.).
